Join Our Team
Becoming
a Craft Show Connection Exhibitor is a very simple process. We require
that you submit a request for membership along with a one time set up fee of
only $29.95. Once your membership is approved, you will be among the
over 250 exhibitors currently eligible to list their quality arts and crafts in our online craft
show.

Welcome Letter
Watch
your inbox. After approving your membership, Craft Show Connection will
send a welcome letter to the email address you registered with. Included
in this welcome letter will be instructions on how to add your items to our
online craft show show. Please be sure to add our email address to
your address book to prevent our emails from being filtered out by your Spam
program. Please add -

Listing
Your Product(s)
Craft Show
Connection’s list of categories in which you can list your product(s) is listed
to the left. Sub-categories will be created as necessary. We are open
to any requests for additional categories, as needed.
When you become
an exhibitor at Craft Show Connection you can place any number of products in
our “online craft show”. The following information will be required
from you regarding each of your products.

Receiving Orders
When a customer
places an order for one of your handmade crafts, it will be processed though the Craft Show
Connection Online Craft Show. We will check the order for correct payment and will
collect any applicable sales taxes. You will then be notified of the purchase via
the email address you have specified in your profile. We do require that
you notify us immediately after receiving the order, letting us know you are
aware of it and are in the process of getting it ready to ship.
Shipping Items To The Customer
Craft Show Connection requires the ordered product(s)
be shipped via the stated shipping method within 7 business days of the order
date. If the item is not shipped within the stated time, the order may be
cancelled. If you know in advance that the item can not be shipped within
7 days, this must be stated in the product description, letting the customer
know that there is an extended shipping time. The customers shipping
information will be supplied to you via the order notification email.
Tracking/Confirmation Number
You
will be required to contact Craft Show Connection within 24 hours of shipment
with a shipping carrier, shipment date and tracking number. A
tracking or confirmation number is strongly recommended.
In the event of a shipping/delivery dispute, if no tracking/confirmation number
is available to prove delivery and/or to help in locating the package, the
exhibitor forfeits their payment.
Your
Payment
On the 1st and
the 15th
day of each month, you will receive payment for your sales made the previous
month, minus a 15% commission. You may choose between two payment methods
to collect your payment: 1.) Craft Show Connection will electronically
send your payment to you via
PayPal, at no charge.
2.) Craft Show Connection will issue you a physical check, for a 75 cent
processing charge.
As an
exhibitor, you are NOT an employee of Craft Show Connection, therefore we will
not withhold federal and state income taxes from your payments. You are
responsible for reporting and paying your federal and state income tax.
